• Started out good but hard to win now


    The first day I started, slots paid out some...not great but at least seemed as if this was going to be a decent app. I realize you can have good and bad days but I think some apps start out decent just to end rarely paying out. The app developers need to know that people want to play some and that they are NOT paying out real money! I did purchase coins but will more than likely not purchase again..I don’t mind buying but only if you can get decent play time because like I mentioned earlier, I am not winning real money. I know many App developers say their games payout on a algorithm but the funny thing, is they won’t say what the percentage payout is...for all we know the payout is worse than regulated “real” casinos. If the game becomes better or worse, I will change my rating to reflect game. No need for a response because my rating will only change according to gameplay.

  • Not a good payout game


    Have been playing this game for quite some time. I have found it to be one of the least payout game apps around. The developer added new features but included in those features are changes in the algorithm to prevent you from fulfilling daily challenges or to hit good payoffs to keep it interesting. Up against better apps like jackpot mania and DoubleDown this app is not worth putting any money into and the developers seem to be getting greedy instead of providing entertainment and the occasional good payoff not to mention that many of the games completely ripoff the player such as state fair, Asgard, turquoise, and buffalo.It’s a shame because this app could have been a very satisfying experience as well as entertaining. My advice, try jackpot mania or another similar game and you will notice a better experience

  • Non payment on 25x wins


    I enjoy this app and have referred two friends to play for amusement. My concern is that I have won 25x and more on certain games and did not get the collect payoff during the challenges. I ignored the errors the first couple of times but after a few more failures, I emailed the service representatives to bring it to their attention. I also wrote down dates, times, and included screen shots of before and after the 25x hits. They did acknowledge my email and wrote they would investigate the error. I have not received additional follow up on the concern. Just wanted to bring this to their attention and the attention of others.

    This app. has some of my personal favorite games. Recently, I was able to purchase an ‘up to date device’, finally making it possible to download, and check it out. I have been a die hard on two other free slot apps., deleting all the others over the years. They are either dull graphically, or dull in play. I appreciate having free coins to collect, and realize the more you play to level up, the more you will receive...However, it just isn’t fun to rarely win more than the cost of your spin, with absolutely no bonus or jackpot. Not fun, why play? Bottom line, the app. gets deleted due to boredom. I’m hopeful this one will find it’s way. With stellar games, it has the potential to become a top slot app..

  • 1 Month Review - Great Content


    Started playing this app about a month ago. I moved up levels quickly initially, but lost interest while playing other casino apps. I came back to it recently and really appreciated the new games and improved features like the daily mystery prize. The app seems more stable and has some of the best game play in all of the casino game apps. Annoying that you sometimes gets hit with ads when trying to play tournaments as fast as possible that can cost you the top prizes, but after playing a number of similar apps this is my favorite.

    I would give a five but my favorite game opens up in bonus round with a -1 of 4 picks. Then of course an error shows up and retrys. I have to close app and get back in to play other games. I did try reloading the app and restarting but no luck

  • Game Crashes Too Often 😩😩😩


    I have been playing this game for a couple of months now and love the variety of games, however off and on for the last few weeks it has been crashing a lot! Does anyone else have this problem? I shut my iPad down completely then reboot and sometimes this fixes the problem and sometimes it doesn’t. Frustrating!! Hopefully it will be fixed soon because I really enjoy playing these slots.

    I have only been playing this game for a bottom half now but overall I love the games that they have on there most of them are old IGT games that I used to play at a casino that I used to go to and I cannot find these games on any other iOS Vegas game so I appreciate you putting on phone tag nurse valleys and price check so far but if I can make a suggestion for any more IGT games I would like to see the Tabasco game and a game called cops and doughnuts

    I like the games but, I am not happy about how often I have to purchase points. It’s too bad that this slot app is as greedy as the rest, maybe even more so because I started losing my hard earned points be the second time I played. I’d like to think that I could play for longer than an hour or less before I run low on points. I’m a good customer when the odds aren’t stacked against me. I’m sure that you guys could afford to listen up a bit so that you keep your players happy.

    The graphics are good, but I had to turn the mute on. Sound was annoying. I have found that most app developers try to get you hooked into the game with high payouts at the beginning and then once you’re in, the payouts slows considerably; the chips dry up, and you have to buy more chips. This is not what happens with app. The winning rate is low from the start, so don’t expect play for long without making a purchase... Which I will not do considering the rate of return.
