Bottom line is this I have the machine and have a year straight of practice They are absolutely rigged but not illegal if they stay in the payout guidelines .when the casino buys or leases a 10000 dollar machine you better believe it has to do more than just mix up the cards it provides the House a drastic advantage. The location of the top is random because a player cuts, but wouldn't a surplus of high value cards at the 'top' be good for the player? And why would an excess of high cards make us less inclined to double?

Place the cards face down in two rows. Move the cards around in circles for a minimum of 5 seconds to mix them up as much as possible. Lift your hands and repeat at least 3 times. Wash new decks of cards for a total of 1 to 2 minutes. Shuffle like a casino dealer. Many casinos now use automatic shuffling machines. This not only speeds up the games but also means that shuffles can be more random, as the machines can shuffle for.
