Due to a significant response, the Seminole CARES Individual Assistance Portal has been suspended as of Friday, September 4, 2020 at 11:59PM
This suspension allows for the review of those applications that are currently submitted. The Seminole County Board of County Commissioners remains committed to assisting all qualifying applicants and, if funding is not exhausted, the Seminole CARES Individual Assistance Portal will reopen for new applications.

APPLICANTS WITH AN EXISTING PROFILE
Applicants who log into the Portal and 'draft' is listed as the current status of the application may continue to complete their application until Friday, September 4, 2020 at 11:59PM. Applications must reflect a 'submitted' status before 11:59PM on September 4 for funding consideration. Applications that remain in 'draft' format past this deadline will not be considered for funding.
INTERESTED APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN EXISTING PROFILE
Those that are interested in applying for the Seminole CARES Individual Assistance Grant will need to create a profile and begin their application prior to 11:59PM on Friday, August 28, 2020. This involves registering and verifying their email address and completing through Step 1 of the application (the selection of qualifying criteria and clicking 'submit').
APPLICANTS WHO HAVE FULLY SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION
Applicants who log into the Portal and 'submitted' is listed as the current status of the application do not need to act further at this time. All applications received prior to Friday, September 4, 2020 at 11:59PM will be reviewed for funding eligibility.

EVICTION PREVENTION
Due to the funds being fully expended, the Eviction Prevention program has been suspended as of Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 9:00 AM.
This suspension is a result of the Eviction Prevention Program ending on December 30 , 2020. The Seminole County Board of County Commissioners remains committed to assisting families with Rental Eviction Prevention and when future funding for Eviction Prevention is available, it will be advertised on this web page.
